First: Admission Requirements for Kindergarten
The child must be of the appropriate age for the kindergarten stage.
Children are placed according to the approved age group for each level.
Second: Admission Requirements for Grade One (Primary School)
The child must meet the legal age requirement set by the Ministry of Education for enrollment in Grade One.
Completion of the physical fitness examination and all required vaccinations.
Third: General Admission Requirements for All Educational Stages
The student must pass the entrance exams and personal interview.
Availability of seats in the requested grade or level.
Commitment to pay tuition fees according to the specified payment schedule.
Submission of all required documents completely and accurately.
Required Documents for Registration
To complete the registration process, the following documents must be provided:
A copy of the national ID or residency permit (Iqama) for both the student and guardian.
A copy of the family registry (for Saudis) or passport (for non-Saudis).
Birth certificate.
Complete vaccination record.
Final report card and transcript for the previous academic year (for primary level and above).
Medical report confirming physical fitness (if required).
Three recent personal photos of the student.
School transfer certificate or clearance letter from the previous school (in case of transfer).

Schedule a date for the student’s personal interview and entrance exam.
Pay the tuition fees within the specified period to confirm seat reservation.

Complete the remaining administrative procedures and receive the class schedule and textbooks.
